Psilocybin Therapy in Oregon:

Yes. As of 2023, Oregon allows licensed Psilocybin Services for adults age 21+ under Measure 109. All sessions must take place at a licensed service center with a trained and certified facilitator present.

No prescription or referral is required. However, you must complete an Oregon state-required screening process to ensure safety and readiness, and you must be at least 21 years old with a valid ID.

You’ll also have a 1:1 preparation meeting with your facilitator to set intentions and go over what to expect.

The journey typically lasts 4–6 hours. Effects can include shifts in perception, emotional release, insights, visuals, a sense of connection, or deep inner work. It may include heightened senses, meaningful imagery, or peaceful stillness. Your experience will be supported and monitored by a licensed facilitator the entire time.

You will not be left alone. Your facilitator is trained in holding space for a wide range of emotional and energetic experiences. You will be gently supported throughout. If fear or overwhelm arises, your facilitator will guide you
with care, grounding practices, and reassurance.

No. A licensed facilitator will be present with you throughout the session to ensure your safety, comfort, and support with steady presence.

No guests are allowed during the session, as this is a private, focused process. However, you’ll be supported by your facilitator before, during, and after.

You’ll also have a 1:1 preparation meeting with your facilitator to set intentions and go over what to expect. Preparation includes reflective conversations, intention setting, and completing required forms. Guidance will be provided so you feel ready, grounded, and supported. You’ll receive preparation materials after your intake is approved.

Yes. Integration support is offered after your journey to help reflect on what arises during your journey, process insights, and ground them into your life. This is a vital part of the healing process.

Costs vary depending on the service center chosen and currently range between $1150-$1450. A clear, personalized estimate will be provided before you commit. 

Most standard drug tests do not screen for psilocybin, but it’s best to check with your employer or agency.
